Email Options

The Email Options screen lets you send a copy of your itinerary or trip options to any valid email address.

To Email an Itinerary

1. Click the Email link. The Email Options screen opens.

2. Enter one or more email addresses in the To: field. Separate multiple addresses with commas.

3. Enter one or more addresses in the cc: field to send copies of the itinerary.

4. Check Blind copy e-mail to traveler to send a blind copy (bcc) of this itinerary to the traveler.

5. Type any comments you want in the Comments: field.

6. Click Send to send the itinerary.
