This guide describes a basic
implementation of the booking system. Your account might display modified
text, graphics, and functionality. Contact your travel administrator for
more information.
All available unused tickets are available to view from the Air Home page or Shopping Cart. The link advises how many unused tickets (non-expired) are currently on file. When clicking the link a details box will display listing these tickets in expiration order. Each ticket includes the Airline Name, Expiration Date, and Ticket Value. This information will be valuable when initiating a new air reservation. Based on your available unused tickets, you may choose to select an airline in which an existing unused ticket can be applied for exchange.
The utilization of your unused tickets is dependent on your agency's policy. Currently, there is no selection process to apply an unused ticket towards a future trip. You must contact your agency and/or travel administrator for further information.
To View Unused Tickets
To view available unused tickets, click the You Have [X] Unused Ticket(s) link on the Air Home page. This link is also available in the Shopping Cart during the booking process.
To Close the Unused Tickets details box
To Close the unused tickets detail box, click the Close button.
