The Airfare Rules screen displays the rules and restrictions that apply to a flight or itinerary. The information may vary depending on the carrier, route, and flight.
To View Airfare Rules
Click the View Rules link just below any flight option. The Airfare Rules tab opens.
Click Email to email a copy of the airfare rules. See Email Options for more information.
Click Extended Info to see more detailed rules, if available.
Click View Leg 2 Fare Rules to view fare rules for Leg 2 (or Leg 3) of your itinerary.
Note: When rules are not available, or you do not understand the rules as described, always contact your travel administrator for more information.
