The Hotel Rate Policy screen can be opened from any itinerary with a hotel segment or the Hotel Availability
From an itinerary. Click the View Rules link for a hotel segment. The Hotel Rate Policy Screen opens.

Cancel and Restart Search to
begin a new search.
Click 
Email to send this page through
email.
Click 
View Printable Itinerary to
display a printer-friendly version of the itinerary.
From Hotel Availability. Click the View Rules link for a hotel option. The Hotel Rate Policy Screen opens.

Back to Itinerary to return
to your itinerary without booking the hotel.
Click Back to Hotel Availability
to return to the Hotel Availability tab.
