This guide describes a basic
implementation of the booking system. Your account might display modified
text, graphics, and functionality. Contact your travel administrator for
more information.
The following itineraries are used in this system:
Suggested Itinerary, Not Yet Reserved. By default, your travel search returns a suggested itinerary that matches your preferences, company preferences, and search options settings.
Selected Itinerary, Not Yet Reserved. An itinerary built with options selected or modified by the traveler rather than the booking system.
Reserved Itinerary, Not Yet Purchased. An itinerary that has been reserved but not purchased.
Purchased Itinerary, Not Yet Ticketed. An itinerary that has been paid for but not ticketed.
Itinerary & Confirmation. An itinerary for a trip with no air segments.
Trip Archive. An itinerary for a trip that has already occurred.
